Today, I want to introduce some souvenirs which you can get in Kyoto. This is one of the best known in Kyoto, called Yatsuhashi. It is made form rice flour, flavored with Nikki or cinnamon, and may come in a variety of different flavors. Try this when you go to Kyoto.
