Osaka Hikari Illumination
The 10th anniversary of Osaka Hikari Renaissance will be celebrated soon. There are two places you can visit to witness these beautiful sites: Nakanoshima and Midosuji. The theme of Nakanoshima Illumination, located between Dojima river and Tosabori river beyond to south side of City Hall, is "Water and Lights". Midosuji has the reputation of having the longest lasting illumination in Japan including famous Stardust Illumination resembling a shower of stars. Nakanoshima will be held starting on 14DEC to 25DEC hours are 0500pm to 1000pm. Midosuji will be held starting on 14DEC to 20JAN13 hours are 0500pm to 1100pm. No admission fees are required.
