The major airline companies in Japan are Japan Airlines (JAL) and All Nippon Airways (ANA). Both have their own respective networks that offer various routes throughout the country, and are part of larger alliances with other international airlines. JAL is considered one of the largest airlines in the world, and many JAL planes can be seen at any Japanese airport. If you're joining one of Japan Deluxe Tour's fully-guided Japan Tour vacations, you will most likely be flying into Tokyo's Narita International Airport or Haneda International Airport. For travelers starting their tours in Osaka & Kyoto, they will be flying into Kansai International Airport or Itami International Airport. For tour participants ending their tours in Hiroshima, please note Hiroshima Airport is a domestic airport, and tourists will need to book a flight or bullet train to the nearest International Airport.
