Universal Wonderland - Hello Kitty

Universal Studios Japan is known for hosting attractions and collaborations with some of the most popular titles in the movie and animation industry. As such, it only makes sense to have several spots in the theme park be dedicated to Hello Kitty. Located in the Wonderland area of USJ, the area contains “Hello Kitty’s Cupcake Dream” as well as “Hello Kitty’s Photo Shop”, a perfect set up for all your Hello Kitty needs.

“Hello Kitty’s Cupcake Dream” will provide both children and adults alike with a fun and exciting ride as you partake in Hello Kitty’s cupcake party. Take your pick among the various cupcake colors and designs and off you go! The cups will spin as the music plays as you enjoy the cupcake party. If you want to ramp up the fun, you can also turn the steering wheel to spin even faster!

A visit to the Hello Kitty is not complete without taking a photo with Hello Kitty herself. Drop by “Hello Kitty’s Photo Shop” for a photo opportunity. With the set decorated in all pink and she in a matching pink dress, it could be one of the cutest photos you can get with Hello Kitty. The picture set also come in a Hello Kitty-shaped frame to commemorate your time there! While the usual merchandise store, “Ribbon Boutique”, is currently closed, you can stop by the Hello Kitty Design Studio in the Hollywood area to pick up your Hello Kitty merchandise to take home.
