Niigata Landmark | Toki Messe Convention Center
Niigata Toki Messe Convention Center was opened in 2003 in the center of Niigata city. Cconvention center, hotels, and office buildings together are called Toki Messe
. The largest exhibition hall in Messe can accomodate up to a thousand people. Also, there are 13 canference rooms, atrium, and hotels. The general complex is a landmark of the city.
In a part of the facility, there is a observation deck. The height is about 125m. It is a large panorama of 360 degrees which can see the view of the Niigata city area, the Japan sea, Sado Island, and more.
