The anime portion of your private Japan tour begins with a bang as we head to the eclectic Akihabara where you will find the stores like Animate and Super Potato for a one of a kind anime/video game shopping experience. We will also be checking out Kanda Shrine for unique shrine visit as the shrine has appeared in several animes, most notably Love Live!. Next, we will participate in a hands-on ninja lesson as you learn how to use ninja stars and blow darts. We continue the day to a unique anime mall, Nakano Broadway, home of unique and vintage anime goods. Today, we visit Odaiba where we will visit the 64.6 foot Unicorn Gundam Statue and nostalgic Ghibli Clock for some photo ops to kickstart our morning. Tokyo One Piece Tower is next on our list as we hang out with Luffy and the Strawhat Pirate Crew at this one of a kind theme park. We then make our way to Shibuya to visit some more familiar faces at the Pokemon Center, Jump Shop, and the newly opened Nintendo Tokyo store. We start your private Japan tour off with a peaceful stroll through the historic Kiyosumi Garden. Built in the Meiji Period, the thousands of trees and seasonal flora will leave you forgetting that you are indeed in the one of the largest metropolitan cities in the world. Afterwards, we learn more about Tokyo’s past at the Fukagawa Edo Museum where you can find a life size recreation of what Tokyo was like during the Edo Period. We then head to the Tsukiji Outer Fish Market and see what once was part of the largest wholesale fish market in the world was has to offer. You will finish your morning with a proper teppan-yaki meal with the world-famous premium wagyu beef as the main course. We will then have some time to explore Ueno Park.
Our final two stops will take us to the historical Ameyoko and Asakusa Sensoji Temple before heading back to the hotel. |

Today, we begin to head west where we will explore the Hakone area. A relaxing and scenic ride on the Lake Ashi Cruise and Hakone Ropeway will provide views of Mt. Fuji should weather permit. The ropeway will take us to Owakudani Valley, an area with active volcanic vents and famous for its black boiled eggs which is said to add 7 years to your life when eaten. The last stop of the day will be the tranquil Hakone Open Air Museum where you can enjoy works of art while enjoying the scenic backdrop. Our hotel for the night will feature a Japanese style hotel complete with a relaxing soak in the famed hot springs as well as a traditional kaiseki dinner. |

Traveling and visiting sights in Japan includes a good amount of walking. To fully enjoy the tour, please be prepared to keep up with the pace of the group, climb stairs with no difficulty, and wear comfortable shoes for all day use.

Welcome to Hiroshima, the City of Peace! We start off the day with one of two UNESCO World Heritage Site at Itsukushima Shrine where you can view the famous floating torii gate that greets you on your way into Miyajima Island. Next, enjoy a panoramic view of Hiroshima while you relax on the observation deck of the Orizuru Tower. Be sure to check out the unique activities found in the lower floors or the spiral slide that spans the height of the building. We end the day with the second UNESCO World Heritage Site of the day, a visit to the historically important Atomic Bomb Dome. Learn about the history and more about the events that transpired the day of. Reflect and look towards a peaceful future with a stroll through the Peace Memorial Park to end the day.
