A faster paced tour based purely for younger people would be great as the tour slowed down and felt awkward to slower when older people joined. A tour based solely for younger people. Not splitting and then adding two different tour groups. Both groups come to Japan for different reasons and sometimes that lowered the energy of the group.

The only thing I would suggest is changing the hotel in Atami. A lot of people seemed to want more time for shopping and that would have been good to do in the beginning when it was raining instead of going to the gardens

Not enough time to enjoy places we saw. We were in the bus for 2 to 3 hours and once we got to the place, we were only given 20 to 25 min to enjoy the place. We had very little free time as well.

The itinerary was so weak and inconsiderate. Spending hours in the bus everyday just to see 20 minutes at each site. It should have been flights for some of the trips. It was so exhausting and a waste of time no the bus.

I think Day 3 should be broken up into 2 days. We had so much to cover in a time period that it felt rushed in certain places. If it couldn't be broken up into 2 days, I would have preferred to skip the Nishijin Kimono and Ryoanji Temple so I could spend more time at other places.
