Day 2
We begin our Japan tour exploring the sights of Tokyo. We will begin with a visit to Ueno Toshogu Shrine to enjoy the peony garden. Opened in April 1980 to celebrate the friendship between Japan and China, the peony garden is only open between April through mid-May. The peony flowers originate from China and are a popular symbol in art. Enjoy the tranquil environment or take a couple of photos of this wonderful garden. We will then head to lunch for Shabu Shabu, a Japanese-style dish where you cook meat and veggies in a hot-pot with dipping sauces.

In the afternoon, it's off to Nezu Shrine. This shrine is believed to have been built more than 1300 years ago and is famous for it's azalea garden. The garden features about 3,000 azalea plants of 100 varieties including rare breeds such as the Fuji-tsutsuji and Hanaguruma. After our time at the garden, it's off to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for panoramic views of Tokyo's skyline from the observation deck. Bring your camera for a breathtaking shot of Tokyo and maybe you'll see Mt. Fuji if the sky is clear. Before returning to the hotel, we have some time to explore Shinjuku. Walk around and do some souvenir shopping, or grab a bite to eat in Kabukicho. We then return to the hotel.

Day 3
Our day begins today visiting the famous Hitachi Seaside Park. While you might have seen the flowers of this park on Instagram or Pintrest, come experience the flowers for yourself. The park is filled with many beautiful flowers, including baby blue eyes, kochias, lavenders, tulips, daffodils, poppies, and many others. The park is also home to more than a million daffodils and 170 varieties of tulips.

We will then make our way to Tochigi to explore the Ashikaga Flower Park. This beautiful garden is a popular illumination destination that draws thousands of guests to see the flowers and lights. Although the illumination is nice, the park is best known for it's wisteria flowers that cover the park in wonderful hues of blue, pink, and white. A walk through the wisteria flower tunnel at Ashikaga Flower Park is an absolute must. We will then return to the hotel.

Day 4
Today our Japan tour is filled with nature and beauty. We begin our day headed to the Fuji Shibazakura festival, a popular festival that attracts thousands who gather to see the 800,000 Shibazakura, or pink moss, at the Fuji Five Lakes area. Enjoy seeing vivid pink moss while vendors sell food and souvenirs at this wonderfully festive nature event.

After our time at the festival, we will head over to Yamanaka-ko Hanano Miyako Park to enjoy various kinds of flowers like sunflowers and tulips by Lake Yamanaka by Mt. Fuji. Relax in the scenic park with a leisurely walk through the Myojin water fall, a greenhouse dome, a water wheel, and an exhibition site of lava of Mt.Fuji. From there, it's off to the Fuji Oshino Berry Land for some strawberry picking. Enjoy juicy, fresh-off-the-vine strawberries that are easy to pick with Mt. Fuji's radiance in the distance.

Day 5
Our morning begins in Hakone with a visit to the Hakone Shrine. The shrine is hidden at the foot of Mount Hakone along the shores of Lake Ashi. The massive torii gates standing by the lake will help us find this breathtaking stop. Afterwords, we will head to Hakone Gora Park, Japan's first French-style garden. Relax in the tea-house overlooking the park, or join one of the craft workshops on site to learn a new skill.

Our tour continues to go pick fresh Green Tea leaves. In this beautiful tea plantation, you'll get the chance to dress up in a traditional tea-picking outfit and hand-pick fresh green tea leaves. Grab a photo and save some leaves for an incredible souvenir you can share with all your friends back home. We then proceed to the hotel.
