Anime Pioneer Adventure - Japan Golden Route Tour with AnimeAs an experienced traveler to other countries, I was expecting this tour to be pretty similar; I was pleasantly surprised by how it measured up. The tour guide, Ms. Yayoi Niwa, was fluent in English and well versed with how to make this tour informative and fun. You're in for a real treat if you get her! I found everything about the accommodations stellar and first world. There were so many amazing temples, parks, restaurants, shopping opportunities and we had a fantastic tour guide to help us every step along the way. Rarely have I encountered such a helpful, humorous, and thoughtful tour guide as Yayo. I highly recommend this tour for both novices and seasoned globetrotters. Have fun in Japan!

Anime Pioneer Adventure - Japan Golden Route Tour with AnimeI wish I had booked a longer tour for Japan with Japan deluxe tours b/c it was a lot of fun! I highly recommend Ms. Yayoi Niwa. She taught our tour group in the history of Japan and it's customs. I felt like every aspect of the tour was informative and infused with humor. Ms. Niwa drew maps for us, bought us delicious snacks, and customized information for those of us who asked for specific information. It is tremendously helpful that she is very experienced and fluent in English and American customs. I hope I book my next tour with her. I give 5 put of 5 stars without reservation! Also, the accommodations were lovely. The hospitality of the Japanese people are unmatched. I hope your first stay in Japan is equally as awesome!

Not fusing 2 different groups with different interests halfway through. Both groups come to Japan for different reasons and sometimes that lowered the energy of the group. Overall I really enjoyed this tour. If it couldn't be broken up into 2 days, I would have preferred to skip the Nishijin Kimono and Ryoanji Temple so I could spend more time at other places.
