Last transfer from Hotel to Airport poorly organized. (not Rocky's problem) Although there were these issues, must point out how great tour guide Rocky was. His dedication to his job to make sure we enjoyed ourselves was a great sign

Not introduced to others on coach. A choice of activities would be good. eg. temple or shop (this is done last days). Golden Route of Japan 7 DaysWould really like to point out how great our tour guide and driver were during this Japan tour. Our tour guide Masashi took excellent care of our group. Very knowledgeable about the various locations we went to and willing to always lend a hand. Our driver Mr. Kondo was an excellent driver, amazing skills. negotiating the many narrow roads and parking challenges. Bus ride was smoothing comfortable. While all the accommodations set by Japan Deluxe Tours were great, having great staff like them makes all the difference. Thank you to our tour guide Masashi and driver Mr. Kondo for taking such good care of us. They made our Japan tour so much more pleasant. We were given but information when we arrived.Our information said to meet the driver at 9. At 8 they found us in the restaurant and said we had to leave right away. We were also not told to pack our overnight bag for day 2.

Our tour guides are good especially Masashi even though we had him on our last two days. If there is one thing I would like to change. It would be have the number of temple leader, so that there will have more time to spend on other sights and not being rushed because we have to over the lot of the itineraries each day.. A packed itinerary but still a memorable holiday taking a Japan tour But overall, Japan Deluxe Tour provided us a great holiday!! P.S. In general Japan is beautiful place to visit, people are very kind, courteous and very very helpful, but being international tourist destination, facilities, (hotels, shopes, etc) should have an English translation.
