It should have been nice to pass by any park. Need more time to explore sights. Itinerary was nice but there were some areas without cherry blossoms.

She was helpful and pleasant at all times during the tour. The Sakura (Cherry Blossom) were in full bloom everywhere. Seeing lights up Sakura in Gion District was fabulous.

All the hotels we stayed at were clean and in good locations. There were many buffets with many choices during the tour which was nice. Suggestion - Get a video of the Takayama Festival in case of rain you can throw it.

Takayama Festival | Hidden Village (AUT) 9 DaysWe chose this Japan tour as it was the most extensive, all inclusive tour we could find and it has pretty much lived up to our expectations. If it could be extended by 2 additional nights for us to "draw breath" (i.e stop and rest say every 4th night with a 2 night stay). I believe our enjoyment would have been ever greater and avoid colds and flu which seem to strike at the later end of tour as the pace is tiring and no chance to rest up a little. Overall a wonderful experience!

Essence of Spring | Grand Tour (TYO) 15 DaysThis Japan tour covers many good sites but likewise is very extensive. There are many things to see such as Sakura trees, Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, and more on this tour. Different tour guides during our tour for 10 day is not pleasant. They were good except Y*** needs more experience and to do more guiding rather than walk often free time of the destinations. However, our tour guide Keiko was delightful - knowledgeable, funny, friendly, proactive and extremely helpful. Best guide of our tour.

Essence of Spring | Grand Tour (TYO) 15 DaysOur bus driver's diligence in being on time, advising the guide on conditions, ETC, keeping the bus clean and tidy was a credit to Japan Deluxe Tours. The itinerary booklet could be more clear and appropriate in particular estimated travel times and destinations on each day. It would be helpful to have more room on each sector page for making notes. The two ryokans that we stayed in were excellent. The food exceeded my expectations and despite having four different tour guides, we felt their knowledge of historical sights was excellent. Overview experience with Japan Deluxe Torus was brilliant.
