Good experiences during our Japan tour

Disappointed we could not see the Naruto whirlpool. We had two tour guides, one was excellent but second guide was not.

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Excellent

Good range - good experience to use futon, wearing yukata was good experience.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Excellent

Some very good and some lunches poor but overall good.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Very Good

Second guide, little poor communication. Many times we all wondered what was happening as she did not say clearly. We all wanted to see whirlpool, but ignored us all due to the schedules. Nice and friendly, but being a good guide is what is needed. First guide, Chico was good with 5 stars but we were disappointed to see her leave after a few days.
