Chiko brought excitement and fun to our days

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Very Good

All hotels great except the Prince Hotel in Otsu we stayed in rooms were not clean carpet/ furniture were covered in stains/ ripped.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Very Good

Some of the traditional meals were not to anyone's liking. Wish we could have experienced puffer fish in Tokyo. Buffet were great, the one in Kimono show was best.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Very Good

Guide 2: Chiko : Excellent. Great personality and full of stories, knowledge Chiko was excellent, I wish we could have had her or similar the entire time. Brought excitement, fun and history to our days with her. Guide 3: Umi : Nice person, more info/ stories prefered. She was great with the kids.
