Great Tour Guide taught me everything I wanted to know

Taking the highlights tour with anime, I was expecting to learn a lot about Japan. I am glad to say our tour guide was able to teach me everything I wanted to know. Ms Tanaka was a real treasure. Super polite, informative, always willing to share her knowledge about all the different things there is to know about Japan. Touring with her as our guide was a great feature to this tour.

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Fair

Nice hotels, but terrible locations I would rather have less facilities and be more centrally located to enable easy as going to restaurants/ sights etc.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Very Good

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

Our tour guide was always professional, happy and above all, very informative, always willing to answer questions. Thank you Ms. Tanaka.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Very Good

I enjoyed all the sights we saw, but was very disappointed not to be able to see the gardens, particularly at Nijo Castle (and sanjusangendou). This was compounded by the garden at Koudaiji being closed which I expected to be a highlight.
