All the locations were excellent during our Japan tour

Best Place Visited on the Japan Tour: Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) in Kyoto
Best Experience on the Japan Tour: Giant Buddha

Seat rotation in bus- It is fair to keep rotation of seats in the bus - clockwise or counterclockwise
Wifi in bus: poor signal
Provisions of information about walking to shrines, temples, or other locations in tour! Our group mostly had elderly families, some with difficulties in mobility. It posed challenges to some. It would be better to describe this in the information brochure prior to booking
Luggage handling: Hotel staff should handle the luggage
Bus interior and layout: would expect better quality

Good

1)Location and star status-good 2) Language-some places staff were not able to speak English 3) Ryokan: Some of the members of our group had problems in sitting on the ground . Some provisions had to be made

Good

Food Hygiene- Excellent Dinner at Ryokan- very good

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

Tour guide was very patient, empathetic, co-operative at times difficult to hear English
