Japan tour was such a great time. A great experience.

Best Place Visited on the Japan Tour: A-Bomb (Hiroshima) Peace Memorial (very emotional moment)
Best Experience on the Japan Tour: Tatamise (Lunch), Golden Temple
Want to Visit again/next time: Japanese Drummers, boat trip in waterfall area (Takachiho gorge)
Driver Waki-san is very good, helping especially for lady in wheelchair.
More clear about explaining about days program and travel itinerary.At times, speaking 3 or different points connected to various issues, does create ambiguity.
If some cultural programs have been cancelled, similar cultural activities could be chosen. In our case, drummers of Japan show was cancelled. This change should have been known to the organizers well before hand. However, we were told even around 2pm that day, that event is going to happen. such things should not happen when the rest of the Japan tour was such a great time.
