They made sure we were entertained and informed constantly about our surroundings and the history of an area we happened to drive through. I had an amazing time on this tour. Kazu was a great guide. I really enjoyed when we walked down many of the small side streets. That gave a real view of Japanese life that most tourists never get to see.

Overall, it was great!! The only thing I can say is sometimes it felt a little disorganized. I think that was because we had people staying in 2 different hotels and there seemed to be more than 1 tour group? I know there was at least 2 because on the Anime Japan day we were split up by hotels... Read more

Very well organized tour. Guide put on their personal touches by including locations outside of the itinerary. He was also kind enough to celebrate my son's 20th birthday. Overall a great trip and I can't wait to come back to Japan.

Wonderful experience, except should have advised that there would be lots of walking & climbing stairs. I would have "trained" beforehand - corporate headquarters should have been more informative about this aspect of tour.
