More clear about explaining about days program and travel itinerary.At times, speaking 3 or different points connected to various issues, does create ambiguity. If some cultural programs have been cancelled, similar cultural activities could be chosen. In our case, drummers of Japan show was cancelled. This change should have been known to the organizers well before hand. However, we were told even around 2pm that day, that event is going to happen. such things should not happen when the rest of the Japan tour was such a great time.

Highlights of Japan | Grand Tour 13DaysI have come to realize that bus tours, no matter what sites are scheduled, just aren't my thing for 2 reasons. 1) I truly find the other travelers unattractive, disrespectful, rude, and dull. They were too much perfume, are late at every location, and behave like children. Your company I realize cannot screen for intelligence, but this was an unfortunate mix 2) too much bus travel, not enough free time.

It was very helpful that everyone had a listening device so Seiko san would talk to us as we walked. The bus was clean and very nice. Good effort to provide Wi-fi for much of the trip. We enjoyed our time spent on this Japan tour although there were some issues during the trip.

Ex- At Edo Museum, waiting period could have been avoided by having tickets in advanced.The first day itself seat rotations should be enforced. For example, people have to go two seats back each day Could have given more time at some places time management in some walking could be avoided by dropping at doorsteps where ever possible carrying luggage and walking should be avoided bus quality of seats could have been much more better pull down snack table, better back support head support etc. Very good Japan tour overall.
