Should let us experience more local street and free time experience.

Overall the tour was very good, and covered a great deal of sights. The tour was well run and the guides were very personable and helpful.
The tour guide was so kind and sweet. She was always pleasant and never got upset. The group was a bit difficult but she did her best. This group needed more direction, especially with timing which was also a challenge. Suggestion-> Detailed itinerary would be helpful, ie day schedule. All hotel amenities should be included (ie pool and gym) would be nice to have hotels centrally located

If there was a way to spend less daytime on the bus, that would be great. I would rather drive at night or skip one destination to not spend so much of everyday on the bus. It was nice that Addie brought us snacks and entertained us though.
This tour was really fun and interesting!! I really liked all the places we went to. If possible, I think driving at night might be better for timing. I feel like we were on the bus a lot of hte time and there wasn't enough time at the sights. Other than the timing/bus riding, this trip was really great. Thank you so much Addie san, monchi san, and Shin san.
Our tour guide Addie was very good, and I enjoyed the tour a lot. I do think there was too much bus time and too little sight time, but it was fun nonetheless.
This was a fabulous guided tour of culture, stories, sights, and history of Japan.
This tour was truly amazing in the 4 days I have experienced so much of Japan. Accommodation, food, modes of transport, sights by a beautiful group of people Addie/monch who made it so much fun & entertaining & informative. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to experience Japan for the first time in limited time. Thank you so much Addie and Monch :)
Monchi was very helpful, friendly, very nice and accommodating. The driver was excellent and drove very safely. It would have been helpful to have been notified ahead of the trip having to pack a change of clothes and soaps and shampoos were not needed to pack in the day bag.
To help keep track of people and stay in time... have fun roll call when leaving on bus to check. Example, guide says "Jeong Family?" Then Jeong Family says chant back "Hawaii" that way no need count every person and we all get to know the different family/people and help keep us all on time. If family miss roll call, they must sing Japanese sorry song :)
This tour was a good way to get an overview of Japan. Very fast paced. Would have liked to spend more time in one or two cities to get more experiences. Appreciate Seiko san's dedication to all of us and her hard work. Also appreciate Chiho san and Mizo san.

Size of group 40->34->16 (40 and 34 too big/ 16 is good number) Shows-> English explanation on translation would be good. We prefer more visits of the local streets and markets instead of tourist style shops.
In certain places, guides should stay with the group and explain in detail what we are seeing and visiting as opposed to letting us roam on our own. It would be nice if the guide also explained about the Japanese traditions and customs. For example, how kids have to go through Juku and try to get into the best Jr High, High school, etc. Dont visit Himeji on Sat/Sun. We would love to have gone in and looked inside

The tour was good to see an oversight of many places. Maybe see more sites in one city to get better experience of that city (e.g. Kyoto). Our guides were very knowledgeable in all sites. Maybe guests with older people sit in same place in bus so easier for them. Very organized check-in and out at each hotel. Helpful to have guide at airport when arriving.

Overall it was a good tours. It is however not Deluxe. It is at best 3.5 stars. Luggage service is none! Not good. Dinners on your own were 4 times. It would be much better if it is only twice, not four.

I thought the tour was very good and had authentic style Japan in it and also some western styles.
Your brochure booklet was very nice, good explanation and detailed information on Japan. I would highly recommend Keiko as a tour guide to my friends.
The first day itself seat rotations should be enforced. For example, people have to go two seats back each day
A very good time in Japan
Daily schedule to include approx time of events. If any walk is involved especially if it is long or difficult - to be known before hand. Luggage should be brought into the room and taken out of the room.
Group was too large for one tour guide. Too many small children. More than eight in one group. Hotels that are closer to sights.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and appreciated seeing so many wonderful places, experiencing different cultural practices and eating a variety of foods. The guides were very knowledgeable and courteous and really put a lot of effort into making the tour a great experience for us. The one thing I would have liked was to take a shinkansen between Osaka and Hiroshima as the bus ride was a big long. All in all, a very wonderful tour!
I would recommend this trip to anyone. It was a wonderful 1st rate introduction to Japan and it's people. I would put a walking icon next to each day to approximate the amount of walking so that people know.
1) A list of Japanese words at the Beginning of tour would be helpful 2) it would be helpful for tour group to have a place/time to make formal introductions (name, where from), at the beginning of the tour (perhaps at the first diner together) 3) places that did not allow enough time to experience: Himeji Castle, A-bomb Site, Miyajima Island Places that had a good amount of time: Kumamoto Castle, Takachiho Gorge, Umijigoku, Ritsurin Park 4) Tour Guides very friendly, attentive, and informative 5) Bus driver very good driver w/ excellent skill and safety
I really enjoyed being shown around by Keiko - she's dedicated and hardworking. I provided some constructive feedback to her privately to be more assertive with European and N. American tourists. Had a great trip!

Overall, I enjoyed my tour and had a nice experience. I had done Japan on my own in 1995 and 2015. Joining a tour during the cherry blossom season was worth it.
