AnimeJapan | Highlights of Japan (TYO) 9 DaysI wish there was more time allocated for each places of cultural significance rather than shopping malls + gift/souvenir shops - I would rather sacrifice quantity of places for quality of time spent there. The tour guides are nice and helpful especially Tomoko - she was awesome! I think something that could be improved would be to either have less people on the tour or rotating assigned seats on the bus because it takes like 10min-5min to get out it feels uncomfortable + unfair when you always get the back.

I would have liked to have more time to visit the gardens, Asakusa, and at the markets in Kyoto. When booking our tour from Australia, hard to get information because of the time difference. Excellent meals - enjoyed trying all the different types of Japanese food. Some days could start a bit later. We would have liked help with our luggage - even if the hotels could collect our luggage from the bus to the lobby. On the night in Osaka, luggage assistance would have been appreciated. Let people know about stops in Castle - I was surprised how many flights of steps and how steep. Thanks Adi - I loved the tour. Japan is so interesting, clean, beautiful, and the people are kind.

Tour handbook should be clearer on the overnight luggage arrangement for Kyoto and it would be good to include dinner suggestions. Bus and driver were fine, some of the time allocated to major sites was too little. With a backup guide, may have been more efficient to have 2 groups of 16 each to make instructions and coordination easier. Note: please do not post any of my pictures on your website. Thanks!

Essence of Spring | Hiroshima 9 DaysThere is a great deal of travel time on the tours. A good tour overall, just needed a little bit of fine tuning and flexibility would be recommended. Unfortunately the transfer to the station at the end of the tour relied on using the hotel shuttle bus. However, our train left prior to the first shuttle bus of the day, so a taxi was required and left a poor end to a good tour, particularly as we weren't met on arrival.
