Excellent trip, I'm staying longer in Osaka for a cooking class and experience more culture at slow pace. I really enjoyed sushi that was delicious, Teppan-yaki. All our meals at lunch and dinner were outstanding.
The tour had lots of different sights, not just anime :)

5 Years ago I planned to visit Japan because I love their culture. Come down with cancer and had back surgery and finally after getting healed by the goddess, I cam to visit the Cherry Blossom Dragon of Mt. Fuji. I got so much information in my head now after being inspired by the spirits here. I can write my 3rd book about the gods of Japan.
Thank you! The Tobu Levant was fantastic! The Kyoto Hotel was nice being next to everything but was a little underwhelming compared to the Tobu. The onsen was very nice. I loved my traditional bed. Ramen was very yummy. Sushi train was amazing!! Kyoto Hotel food was decent. Tobu levant was amazing! Hoto was fantastic!! Yayoi was amazing! She was kind and explained many things. I learned a lot of history and enjoyed the way Yayo explained and taught us. She was wonderful. Nino was also amazing too as I spent a few days with him and Yumi! Learning the train system was amazing but 20+ people was too much. Some sights were super crowded but there was a nice variety of things to do/see
Hideki-san was a great tour guide, very polite, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the quality of some hotels in which the value paid for the tour was well over the losts of the hotels. Some were unacceptable.
Maybe Tokyo deserves a bit of an extra day to place like Shinju-ku, Shibuya, and Akihabara. Eliminate Edo Fukugawa Museum(Better another type of museum). Thanks for your amazing tour; the guide was excellent and the driver made us feel safe at all time. Highly recommended the tour company.
Mr. Hideki did a wonderful job and really made the tour of Japan. A great experience. It was nice the tour provided free WiFi and bags for storage. Mr. Ito, the Bus driver, did a really good job all tour and was very polite and helpful.
It was good that all the locations were very interesting and beautiful, but I suggest more time at some locations for more sightseeing or shopping.
I went to personally thank and commend Hideki and Ito-san, our diligent driver, for both of their outstanding efforts to make this trip memorable and smooth. Sometimes, I think some of the program is a bit rushed and may need work to improve and balance activities and time spent in the locations, but overall, I have very much appreciated the experience.
Great selection of sites and experiences. Great guides and drivers. Having WiFi on the bus was priceless!
I suggest that the tour offers kid meal option when signing up for tour.

Tobu Hotel view was the best. You can see the Tokyo Skytree right in front of my window.
There were lots of steps in the subway and the first day was very tiring. I was worth it to see all of the sites but difficult to handle for an older person.

A food voucher for lunch would be nice. Other than that, the tour would be great.
Yumika-san was very kind to my daughters. She went out of her way to be friendly and they will miss her very much. Keigo-sama was very efficient. He kept everyone moving and made sure we had enough time to see the locations we visited.
Love the tour. This gave me excellent experience of Tokyo when I come here next time in the future.

The Ramen shop that we went to for breakfast was a great choice as well as the hotels breakfast.

This was a fairly short trip and the itinerary was full. As usual I felt I could have spent more time shopping but most of the shopping was for trinkets. Some of my favorite shopping on my previous travels was during visits to craft work shops where items were being made and we could buy the goods at the end. That's probably another tour.
Keigo is very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the tour. He goes out of his own way to help members of the tour. He is nice, respectful, and pleasant to us. Thanks Keigo!

We had a wonderful time! Keigo was an excellent guide and our driver was very skilled.
There was a nice mix of food and that those who were vegetarian on the tour were accommodated.

I understand that the schedule is drawn up before the visit. However, there must be some flexibility attended in the schedule in that should be interesting opportunity crops up, the schedule may be modified a little bit, case in point; Sakura sighting is good at the botanical garden in Kyoto- a trip there could have been arranged in place of something else(such as brewery in Arashiyama). Perhaps a video highlighting the certain important superb Japanese culture and cuisine should be made available.
We had a good Japanese experience. Japanese style sleeping on Tatami mats and Yukata & Spring bath was included. The information sheets at Hakone Inn & Atami Inn were very handy.
Kato-san was an amazing driver! I've had the most amazing time.

The best experience I've ever had.
Very pleased with pace of tours, convenience of transportation, and size of tour group. Keigo went out of his way to make sure that my daughter's diet requests were met. On first night, we were a little confused as to where to go for dinner- suggest providing Porta map with hotel keys on first night. Also inform future travelers that smaller luggage is better- rooms in Kyoto and Tokyo are small.
We knew Japan was at a different level. It is even better than expected. Long live in Japan.
For my first time everything was perfect. I'm coming back as soon as I can.
I had a very pleasant time I just wish we had more time at some of our stops.
