Travel + Leisure readers have names Kyoto the World's Best City
Travel + Leisure readers have named Kyoto the World's Best City for the second year in a row. Readers site the unique culture, deep history and diverse experiences that Kyoto offers as the reason for the second title. The annual survey conducted by the magazine allows for readers to nominate their favorite travel destinations for the top 10 lists. Those destinations with the highest points (most votes) at the end of the survey are honored with the title "World Best".
