I just wanted to say that I had an amazing time on the Takayama Festival tour. Everybody from the tour guide (Seiko san!!), the driver, the hotel staff, airport staff, the person at the convenience store, the police that helped me, pretty much every person I encountered in Japan, and of course the staff of Japan Deluxe Tour treated me with such professionalism and compassion.
It was worth every penny. I love Japan. I'm used to nice people here in Canada, but the people of Japan are even better. I love that bowing is part of the culture. I wish I could bow all the time now. I loved the sights, music, culture, food, and people. I thought I knew what being a service to others meant until I experienced the high degree of service in Japan.
I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Next time I would do a Japan tour package during the Fall or Winter.
By the time I was leaving it felt like I was leaving home because I felt so welcome there. I have a lot of memorable experiences during that short time. I wonder if the people there realize how lucky they are to be living in such a wonderful country.
It was a life changing experience. I hope to be able to serve others and give joy the way everyone there has done for me.
If you're reading this and you are trying to decide whether to go or not, you should!! Everybody in the world should go there as least once in their life. They offer the best Japan tour packages. I don't have much travel experience so I was quite nervous with the whole process, but this amazing tour company helped me every bit of the way to create a memorable experience.
Arigato gozaimasu.
Japan is my new home.
Ittekimasu for now and I hope to be able to say tadaima in the future.
