Guide was beyond any expectation. Excellent tour guide!

Our tour guide Yumi was beyond any expectation. She was an incredible tour guide, very knowledgeable, made our tour of Japan wonderful.

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Good

Otsu Prince Hotel was very disappointing. It needs some serious renovation, stained as carpets everywhere moldy ceilings, very run down, long line for breakfast and elevators. Other accommodations were good.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Very Good

Not much choice for vegetarians in Japan but they did their best.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

Guide Yumi was beyond any expectation. The best guide of all tour! She was excellent! except : Tokyo city guide - not prepared to answer to questions
