Excellent

Ryokan were great, especially Yatsusankan!

Very Good

One luncheon table cloth was dirty. Too many Japanese breakfast, otherwise good.

Good

Hard to understand her English. Could be more informative during bus rides about passing rivers, sights along road. Not familiar with itinerary.

Excellent

Beautiful country, colors, flowers, polite people. We had headsets but rarely heard any information on it.
