Tour guide was incredible!! Made our Japan tour go well

We had an absolutely wonderful tour guide while on our Japan tour. Our tour guide was very nice and helpful with everything! While she could give more background on each place we visited and did walk fast. Still she was very very nice and helpful with specific things! Helped me by doing paperwork to send my luggage to next hotel. She also helped another person who lost a necklace at the hotel. She called and they were able to get necklace. Sent to next hotel in Kyoto. Very SWEET! Great job, Michiko!! Thanks for everything!!

Excellent

Excellent. Except New Akao hotel in Atami was the only one was in really poor condition. Huge holes in walls.
