I felt very well taken care of during our Japan tour

This company took great care of me setting up such a lovely tour of Japan. Although the rain did cause some complications, all the sites we visited were still amazing. Your company set up great hotels and meals which was very nice to have. Tour guide Chiko took incredible care of us that I felt I had nothing to worry about the entire trip. I felt very well taken care of during our Japan tour and would recommend Japan Deluxe Tours to others. Thank you for such a wonderful time on this trip.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Excellent

It was unfortunate that we had so much rain but I understand that this was an unpredictable variable. I still felt that we got to see many great sights even with the weather cancelations. I also thought the driver did an excellent job. It mightt have been helpful if the tour booklet mentioned the possibility of very cold conditions at the Hakone and Shirakawa areas. Luckily I packed a winter coat but I noticed some other customers did not and they said that they were only recommended to bring a light jacket. Of course customers should check weather possibilities on our own before coming to Japan too :)
