Cultural aspects of the Japan tour were truly great!

Best Place Visited on the Japan Tour: Shirakawa-go Gassho Village, Takayama Old Town+Market
Beast Experience on the Japan Tour: Tea ceremony, Takayama Festival, Kenrokuen Garden
Want to Visit again/next time: More art or pottery places/ Mashiko Japan would love to see crafts being made or paintings in museums
The cultural aspects of the Japan tour were truly great! The film in bus, traditional music, origami lessons, Japanese language lesson, and facts of how people live were most appreciated. Hide was generous with his love and spirit of his heritage. A lovely, non-obtrusive man who always had a warm greeting and an available personality. At first, I was not sure how a planned and timed trip would be since I usually travel on my own, but this trip met our expectations tremendously. The organization and flow of everything was great. My son and I have a wonderful chapter to add to our life experience book now. Bravo Hide! You are very Kind!

Excellent

Breakfast was included. We had 2 nights of hot springs. Lots of food choices for breakfast. Clean rooms, hot water, wake up calls, and internet access

Good

we had planned meals and our own choices. I enjoyed the Japanese foods at breakfast time. I did not expect to have coffee available so that was great!

Excellent

I loved all that tour guide Hide gave to us. Will miss seeing him tomorrow. He was paying attention to everyone, young and old, kept us all safe

Very Good

Castles, gardens, markets, shrines A+ We experienced old and new. Good mix. The geisha show was very disappointing. Not much to take away with, a bit too commercial+touristy
