Japan Tour highlight: Bullet Train

Our motor coach and driver were both excellent. The experience of riding the bullet train is always a Japan tour highlight. Overall, this trip was most disappointing to me and I would not recommend it to my friends. Your staff in Los Angeles were great to work with and Keiko was extremely pleasant and helpful to me. Lack of communication for departure to airport.

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Excellent

We stopped often due to long travel time on bus. Seiko had all our room keys at hotels. The hotels were far superior than most.

Fair

Most of meals were less then desirable breakfast buffets were the best.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

Tour guide Seiko's English was easy to understand. She was knowledgeable and always pleasant. She was most helpful and cooperative, cute, sweet, lady.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Fair

Having been to Japan before, I found the selection of sights to be less desirable.
