Overall it was a good tour

Overall it was a good tours. It is however not Deluxe. It is at best 3.5 stars. Luggage service is none! Not good. Dinners on your own were 4 times. It would be much better if it is only twice, not four.

Fair

The local hotels Japan style were very poor. Prince hotel and Grand Pacific Hotel were good.

The hotel in the conference center is away from commercial area, yet dinner is not provided. I think you are too tight in Diner allowance.
