I really enjoyed being shown around by Keiko - she's dedicated and hardworking.
I provided some constructive feedback to her privately to be more assertive with European and N. American tourists. Had a great trip!

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Good

The hotels provided amenities but the Narita Excel Hotel was very poor. The second hotel was good.
I liked the Japanese inn experience but the inn was dated (old carpets + smelt bad).
Breakfast also was very bad.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Good

We experienced the traditional Japanese meal at the Japanese inn. I would have preferred to have Japanese lunches on all the days (not international food or buffets).

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Good

Keiko was very organized + ensured that we arrived at each part of the tour on time. She was very patient with the group and tried to answer all their questions.
Keiko had good sense of humor and was incredibly helpful.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Very Good

Everything. Loved all the places we visited.
The tour should have included the Geisha show at the Geisha district.
