Bus driver and bus = excellent. Not so busy a schedule - more time at some sights. When booking our tour from Australia, hard to get information because of the time difference. Excellent meals - enjoyed trying all the different types of Japanese food.
Some days could start a bit later.
We would have liked help with our luggage - even if the hotels could collect our luggage from the bus to the lobby. On the night in Osaka, luggage assistance would have been appreciated.
Let people know about stops in Castle - I was surprised how many flights of steps and how steep.
