Fantastic driver. Very careful and safe.
Would have liked a little more time at sights sometimes but I realize that there is a tight schedule.
Guides very knowledgeable but a bit hard to keep up with her sometimes.
Mostly it was a wonderful trip - great experience.
Booking trip from Australia not always easy with time difference. Sometimes difficult to get information when required.

She was very understanding, patient, and kind. Good knowledge.
Not always easy to understand her instructions - easier at front of bus.

We went to the noodle museum. Bullet train experience was amazing.
