This is our second time touring with Japan Deluxe Tours

Best place visited during the tour: Mt. Fuji
Best experience had in Japan: Experiencing the festivities in Gion the evening before the parade

This is our second time touring with Japan Deluxe Tours. We like it because the tour guides are excellent, the choices of accommodations are very good, and the variety of provided meals very well planned! The schedule and itinerary is very good. It is hard to please everyone on a guided tour but overall, we again had an excellent experience. Thank you.

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Good

Tokyo Dome and Hotel Biwako very roomy and convenient location. Hotel Tokyu Kyoto seemed small and not many things close by.

Good

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

Hiroko was very accommodating and an excellent guide. Although she doesn't have extensive experience, she will continue to excel. She did a lot of little things, like buying us water and treats, and really getting to know everyone on the tour. She went out of her way to help everyone.
