Addie did an excellent job leading the tour

Best place visited in this tour: Atami onsen hotel
Best experience had in Japan: The culture, people and landscaping/gardens
Any place went to visit next time: More museums, gardens, onsen
Addie got many complaints about missing tour guide books and/or bus tickets that should have been sent by tour company before start date. Many people were disappointed as early as the second day due to cherry blossoms not being in bloom. Unfortunately they kept the bad attitude for the remainder of the tour. These people took advantage of every minor detail not to their liking and will probably give very bad feedback. They complained the whole time about anything and everything. Addie remained apologetic professional and positive.

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Excellent

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room sizes and beds very comfortable. I liked the traditional Japanese style the most.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Good

Some meals was included. Breakfast was consistent. We got to try local foods. I'm a picky eater anyway.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

Addie did an excellent job leading the tour. Only time she lost people was when they did not listen or remember meeting times or places. She even went out of her way and worked later than required to organize Geisha show not on itinerary.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)
