Mixed a lot of cultural sights in with Anime places

Does Japan have any World war Ⅱ museums or other historical sites what could be included in a tour? I would have been interested to see how Japan remembers the events and memorials the war dead.

Best place visited in this tour: Fushimi Inari and Meiji Shrine

Best experience had in Japan: Eating fresh sushi at fish market

Any place went to visit next time: Karaoke singing
