Our tour guide treated us like we were family!

First part of the tour we had a different guide and we were upset and disappointed. Thankfully, after Hiroshima, we had another Hiroko and she made a big difference. We had 2 nights in Japanese style hotel and had to sleep on the floor which was very uncomfortable. As an experience, one night should be enough as we have busy days and need a good nights rest.

Best place visited in this tour: Ritsurin Garden

Best experience had in Japan: Hiking to Takachiho Gorge

Fair

Tsubaki-kan was very poo. Very old, no internet, bad smell etc. There were no English notes in the breakfast buffet.

Hiroko takes care of everyone in her group and makes sure everyone understands and gets the best experience in Japan. She treats everybody as family members.

We had a good guide who explained everything to us and took us to different places, making sure everyone was happy.
