I could not fault our Tour Guide at all. 5/5

Our guide, Hiroko-san and bus driver, Kenji-san, were exceptional. They made sure we were entertained and informed constantly about our surroundings and the history of an area we happened to drive through. The one thing I would recommend to other people is to book/allocate more time in Japan before and after the actual tour so you can explore on your own. Learning a few basics of the language wouldn't hurt either.

Best place visited in this tour: I thoroughly enjoyed Tokyo however each place has it's own charms

Best experience had in Japan: Being among the people who were consistently polite and ready to help

Any place went to visit next time: Kyoto Manga Museum, Tokyo Animate

Food was steadfastly available, room service was excellent, workers were polite and helpful

The guide arranged for food changes or compensations when sudden or unexpected occurrences happened.

Excellent

She attended to everyone's needs and was exceedingly knowledgeable. If there was going to be complications she ensured there was an alternative and that all members were are. I could not fault her at all

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Excellent

We saw everything we were expecting to see. Information was provided by pamphlets in English and for the guide provided a verbal explanation/history.
