This was an excellent tour I would tell others about!

Best place visited in this tour: Shibori Museum, Amuse Museum, Kubota Art Museum & Aizen Kubo, Koito weaving – stage Curtains

Best experience had in Japan: Watching people work, and learning about their trades.

Any place went to visit next time: More sightseeing, historical sights not necessarily about textiles
This was an excellent trip. I would be happy to talk to prospective clients about the trip. It would have been easier with a smaller group. It’s nice that there is an option to extend the trip.

One day earlier in Tokyo. Took a fish market tour. Plan to go other sights in Kyoto.

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Very Good

Tokyo Dome was very convenient, room was spacious, Breakfast too crowded, not so great. Kyoto Century was very nice, room a bit small breakfast excellent.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Excellent

Every meal was great. It was nice that Hiroko told us what everything was. Loved the Hoto.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Excellent

Hiroko is very patient and knowledgeable. She is the best guide I’ve ever been with. She went out off her way to accommodate everyone. Sanshiro was also really helpful.

4. How would you rate the sightseeing spots we have visited? (Favorite place, least favorite)

Excellent

Would like to have an opinion for 3 days at the Quilt Show, with optional trips to sights in Tokyo each day. Need more time at the light show suggest to tell guests to eat dinner there and arrive in Kyoto later. Could skip the Noritake Garden + have more time in the Shiboro town.
