The experience and adventure of learning. Many aspects of Japan customs, foods and culture were very good and appreciated. Certain tour days were too hectic (Example - 1st day in Tokyo) Not enough time to take in the sights. Recommend eliminate certain stops, thus increasing quality of sights. too busy on certains - Reduced quality of valued/important stops. Caetain days that exceeding 10 hours were too tiring.... While a few of the tour sites were a little rushed, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Japan. Although some of the other tour members were rather rude, I made some good friends during the Japan tour. Read more

Michiyo, Yayoi and Mr. Taku were always very cheerful, helpful and considerful to guests. All the hotspots were included as well as thoroughly explained to guests. Michiko-san did a wonderful job. Despite her slight sore throat, she still gave an excellent tour. After she got better she was even funnier! Great Japan tour. I would travel with your agency again! Wonderful experience. Yayoi was very kind and fun as well. Read more

The Takayama Night festival should be free time with no meal, so the tourist can freely watch the festival. Read more

Needed more time to see Takayama Festival. Suggest just drop guides of certain say 8pm - 9pm and they can get own dinner instead of rushing back to the hotel for dinner - everything excellent during our Japan tour. Thank you! Our tour guide, Hide and bus driver are the best we have ever had and are an excellent team. Hide-san would sometimes have the entire bus laughing with his jokes and Kazumi-san would always make us smile. Hide-san even helped me find a place to propose to my girlfriend. Read more

Not enough time to spend at each location to do the activity and shop (usually only had 10-15 min) Spent a lot of time on the bus (from Mt. Fuji to Tokyo). Don't know if we could have taken the bullet train and had the bus meet up with us later. We could have arrived earlier and walked around... Read more
