Guide made our first trip to Japan so memorable

1. How would you rate the accommodations? (Comfort, cleanliness, location)

Excellent

With the exception at the hotel in Aso. The room and bathroom had a very bad door. We enjoyed your choices of all the accommodations, except the hotel in Aso.

Excellent

Spectacular. The buffet at Aso would have been better appreciated if they had labeled dishes in English at the other restaurants.

Excellent

Our tour guide, Hide-san made our first trip to Japan a memorable experience - the information he gave us prior to each sight added to the appreciation of what we were seeing. We were able to see everything in such an efficient amount of time, due to his tireless energy.
