We had a very good group of tourists who got along well. Some suggestions: 1. The bus vehicle was very comfortable - lots of leg room, but the only thing to improve would be a step to help short legged people to get off the bus. 2. This was one of the last tours I have taken, the guide was extremely organized, professional, knowledgeable and made the attractions even more enjoyable. He also provided projects on the long rides which not only make the monotony, but provided background on Japanese culture and history. Read more

It was the best value money tour we could find. The administration of the tour was well organized. The tour handbook needs to be better organized and edited as there was mistakes. Please correct the order of reading left to right; the order of events, times etc. Read more
We would like to do a Northern tour. I recommend M-san on how she managed the 'loud' members of the group. She is a very good manage, and we appreciated that she rescued our iPad. And the bus driver was first class. Read more

The Japanese trivia information was great at passing time, but more information can be included in the tour book about the history of each location or Japan. Need more time at certain locations and bus trips were very long with little on board activity or reading. Read more
