I really enjoyed Hide-san's professionalism and humor

The pace of the trip was a bit too fast and I would have liked to have a bit more personal time. I really enjoyed Hide-san's professionalism and humor. The driver, Yamamoto-san was great too.

Very Good

The Aburaya Ryokan Suwa was a bit old and in need of an update
