This is the first guided tour I've ever taken and exceeded my expectation. The staff I've interacted with are very helpful on all forms (email, phone, in person). Our flight was delayed due to the typhoon, but I was very impressed how organized the tour company was with getting us a new flight to connect to Osaka. Everything was excellent from start to finish. This tour of Japan was amazing

I enjoyed that we stayed at a Japanese style hotel by the sea is the best. Having a buffet style breakfast was very convenient.

The variety was excellent, although sometimes there was too much food. My favorite was the rice in a hot pot with lots of toppings.

Our tour guide, Ms. Tanaka is very informative and friendly and fun to have as a guide. I enjoyed the extra notes of information she gave us based on our surroundings as we were driven around.

Driving through the countryside was really beautiful. Our driver is very skilled. I enjoyed going down the side streets. I wish we had a little more time at some locations, but I appreciate the tour avoiding traffic jams.
