Best Place Visited on the Japan Tour: Kyoto

Best Experience on the Japan Tour: Golden Temple/Ghibli Museum

Want to Visit again/next time: Gion in Kyoto + some temples when lanterns are lit

I am not a big fan of tour groups, buffets, or anime other than Ghibli, but I enjoyed the tour very much.
I could never had arranged all this by myself! Also, thank you for late shuttle " Green Tomato" and for including trip insurance.

You should include the Anime mall beside the Rihga Royal. I walked through and it looked pretty interesting even to me. Also try to visit a temple when the lanterns are lit in early evening. It is magical.

Excellent

No complaints. All were very nice.

2. What did you think about the food? (Taste, variety)

Very Good

Surprisingly the buffet in Matsuyama was one of my favorite meals! I dislike buffets generally.
The dinner in Takachiho was my favorite. I loved all meals except One Piece, the lunch buffet in Tokyo and buffet in Kokura.

3. Was the tour guide helpful? (Knowledge, communication, attitude)

Very Good

After the Tokyo portion of the tour, Hidesan warmed up and started talking more. He was very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Very Good

We got such a variety of Japanese areas. It gave us an idea of where we might want to return to.
