Although the Asakusa Samba Carnival was canceled last year due to the earthquake, the carnival will be held this year on August 25th, marking its 31st anniversary. The event is expected to be even more extravagant due to the opening of Sky Tree Tower which is expected to attract more guests. At the event, Brazilian dancers in colorful costumes and hip music are sure to make it a fabulous festival.
