JR West's New Train Lets You Travel In Style
Two years ago, Japan Railways unveiled their plan to release a luxury sleeper train, traveling and sleeping in the most comfortable fashion. This train, named Mizukaze, is set to go into service June 2017 with JR West taking reservations for the new luxury train. The exterior of the train has a very old school industrial look but the inside is comparable to a luxury hotel. The 10-car train is equipped with private single or double suites as well as a Dining Car, Lounge Car, and Observation Car. If you are not relaxing in your suite or feeling particularly hungry, the Observation Car is where you want to be, giving you a wider view of your surroundings. Both day and night views are sure to be stunning. If you are a traveler that values the journey as much as the destination, this is definitely something to look into.
