Nabemono or simply called Nabe is one of very popular family dishes in winter time. Family members or friends sit surrounding a hot pot on portable stove at the dining table. You can put almost anything vegetables fish meat anything with soup. Every one pick it up dip into ponzu sauce made of soy sauce and vinegar. The pots are usually made of clay about 9 inch wide. It’s a very good tool to get family together because everybody join make one nabemono and make a conversation very well.
