"Natto" is a traditional Japanese healthy food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. "Natto" may be a strange taste for foreigner because of its strong smells and texture but it is acquired taste. Its physical texture is sticky and is a natural result of the fermentation process.
