This animation and art museum exhibits works of Miyazaki Hayao, creator of world famous films such as My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, and Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. Ghibli Film fans will definitely enjoy the artistic museum, which not only exhibits the history and techniques of animation but also plays short movies in a theater room, produced exclusively for the museum. Our Anime tour will then head to Nakano Broadway, a large shopping complex specializing in anime goods. With two whole floors dedicated to anime and otaku related goods, you are sure to find what you are looking for. We will then head to Harajuku, the center of youth and teenage pop culture. The town of Harajuku is best known for its main street, Takeshita Street. Takeshita Street is usually crowded with teens making their way to the numerous shops along the street. From clothing and accessories to cosplay goods and candy shops, Takeshita Street has all that young teens need to complete make their fashion statement. We are now headed to Tokyo Tower, Japan’s iconic tower. Tokyo Tower is Japan’s second tallest structure following the recently built Tokyo Sky Tree Tower. The tower stands 333 meters and lights up the city in beautiful shades of orange. Guests can climb up the tower to the observatory decks located at 150 meters and 250 meters for an extraordinary panoramic view of Tokyo. Tokyo Tower also has a great variety of shops for souvenirs and limited goods only sold here. We will meet up again for dinner at the Robot Restaurant in Shinjuku, a favorite among many visitors. The restaurant has a wild vibe and a unique experience you are sure to find entertaining. |

Our first stop is Animate, a store which carries all kinds of character goods, electronics, and games. In the afternoon we head to J-World Tokyo, an indoor Jump Anime and Manga inspired theme park with attractions, restaurants and shopping related to several animes, such as One Piece and Naruto. Our next stop is for all our Pokemon Masters, the Pokemon Center. Apart from all the Pokemon goods they sell, they also have a battling and trading room for customers to interact with other Pokemon Trainers. For dinner, we will enjoy a fun meal at One Piece Restaurant. This themed restaurant is especially popular among One Piece fans but is also a fun experience for all. The meals resemble the unique characters and goods of the anime, yet still taste delicious. |

You can either 1) enjoy the entire day as you wish, 2) visit Tokyo Disney Land, Fuji Q Amusement Park, or Sanrio Puroland, or 3) join our walking tour with the tour guide in Akihabara, Harajuku, and Shibuya. For those who wish to visit Tokyo Disney Land, Fuji Q Amusement Park, or Sanrio Puroland, your tour guide will be happy to explain directions. For those who will join our walking tour, your tour guide will be guiding a two-part tour, the morning in Akihabara and the afternoon in Harajuku and Shibuya. The afternoon portion will take place after lunch so if you wish to participate in just one portion of the tour that is fine as well. |

Kyoto New Miyako Hotel is in the heart of the city. Directly across from Kyoto Station, it's easy access to other location in Kyoto and Japan. The hotel has great dining options and unique boutiques. Nearby the hotel is the Nishiki Market and Ryozen Museum of History. We will start our exciting day traveling to a ninja village. You will learn tricks on how ninjas infiltrate enemies’ castle and see the many ninja weapons they use. Ninjas appear in many movies and anime / manga, just to name a few Ninja Scrolls, Naruto, Flame of Recca, Karasu Tengu Kabuto, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Nintama Rantaro. We then proceed to Nara to Todaiji Temple. Todaiji Temple holds the World Guinness Record as the largest wooden building. Inside the temple, you will behold the largest Buddha statue in Japan. Just outside the temple is the Nara Deer Park, where you will be greeted by numerous deer that roam around freely. The deer here at the park are known to be friendly and may even bow at you for a little treat. In Kyoto we will visit Kyoto Yodobashi Camera, a large chain electronics department store. Here you can find any electronic appliance whether it be TVs, computers, video games, etc. This Kyoto store opened in 2010 and is one of the newest Yodobashi Camera chain stores. |

We will first head to the Golden Pavilion, or Kinkakuji Temple, a Japan’s must see attraction where the two upper floors are covered in gold leaf. The street is lit by hundreds of neon lights at nighttime, keeping the town lively throughout the night. |
